You must be at least 18 years old to use Babuu. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to use Babuu to harass, abuse, or harm others; post false, misleading, or fraudulent information; solicit money from other users; promote illegal activities; or attempt to circumvent any safety or matching features of the platform.

Babuu Coins are virtual currency used within the platform. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for details.

All content on Babuu — including the name, logo, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to Babuu and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By uploading photos or content to Babuu, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Babuu is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that matches will result in relationships. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
