Babuu Child Safety Standards

At Babuu, the safety and protection of users, especially minors, is a serious priority. Babuu maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), grooming, solicitation, trafficking, or any behavior that harms, exploits, or endangers children.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy Against CSAE

Babuu strictly prohibits any content, activity, or behavior that involves the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of minors. Users may not upload, share, request, promote, distribute, store, or link to any content that depicts, encourages, supports, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Any account found violating these standards may be immediately suspended or permanently banned, and relevant information may be reported to appropriate law enforcement or child protection authorities where required by law.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from using Babuu to engage in, promote, or facilitate any of the following:

  • Uploading, sharing, requesting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Sexualizing minors in images, videos, text, audio, chats, profiles, usernames, bios, or any other content.
  • Grooming, coercing, blackmailing, threatening, or manipulating minors.
  • Soliciting sexual images, videos, conversations, meetings, or contact from minors.
  • Sharing links, instructions, groups, or references to external websites or platforms that host or promote CSAM or CSAE.
  • Impersonating a minor or misrepresenting age for exploitative or harmful purposes.
  • Encouraging, normalizing, joking about, or advocating child sexual abuse or exploitation.

3. In-App Reporting and User Feedback

Babuu provides in-app tools that allow users to report unsafe, abusive, suspicious, or illegal behavior. If users encounter content or conduct that may involve child safety concerns, they should report it immediately using the app's reporting feature.

Users can report a concern by opening the relevant user profile, chat, content, or interaction, selecting the report option, and choosing the most appropriate category such as child safety, abuse, harassment, inappropriate content, or another related reason.

Reports involving child safety concerns are treated as high priority and are reviewed as quickly as possible by our moderation or safety team.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

When Babuu detects or receives a report involving suspected CSAM, CSAE, grooming, or child endangerment, we may take immediate enforcement action. This may include removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, permanently banning users, preserving relevant account information, and reporting incidents to appropriate authorities when required.

Babuu may also use automated systems, manual review, user reports, and internal safety processes to detect and prevent harmful activity on the platform.

5. Reporting to Authorities and Legal Compliance

Babuu complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where we become aware of content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, we may report the matter to relevant child protection organizations, law enforcement agencies, or other appropriate authorities, including regional or national reporting bodies where applicable.

We cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement and child safety authorities in accordance with applicable law.

6. Age and Platform Safety

Babuu is designed as a social and dating platform and is not intended for children. Users must meet the minimum age requirement applicable in their region to create or use an account. We may remove or restrict accounts where we believe the user is underage or where age information is misrepresented.

7. Prevention and Continuous Improvement

Babuu is committed to improving its safety systems over time. We may update our moderation practices, reporting flows, enforcement processes, and safety standards to better protect users and prevent abuse.
