Babuu Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Babuu. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Babuu, including our mobile application, website, chat, video call, profile, coin, subscription, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Babuu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Babuu.

1. About Babuu

Babuu is a social and dating platform that allows users to create profiles, discover other users, chat, make video calls, use coins, purchase subscriptions, and interact with other users through available app features.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal age required in your country or region to use Babuu. Babuu is not intended for children or underage users. By using Babuu, you confirm that you are legally eligible to use a dating or social networking service in your location.

If we believe that a user is underage or has provided false age information, we may suspend or permanently remove the account without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of Babuu, you may need to create an account using information such as your name, phone number, email address, gender, date of birth, profile details, photos, or other information requested during registration.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. You must not share your login details, OTPs, passwords, or access tokens with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Fake profiles, impersonation, misleading identity information, or fraudulent account activity may result in suspension or permanent account removal.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Babuu respectfully and lawfully. You must not use Babuu to harass, abuse, threaten, exploit, mislead, scam, spam, blackmail, or harm any person.

You must not upload, send, request, promote, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, violent, defamatory, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.

You must not use Babuu for commercial spam, unauthorized advertising, phishing, fake investment schemes, fake dating scams, escort services, prostitution, trafficking, or any illegal activity.

5. Child Safety and Zero Tolerance Policy

Babuu has a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), grooming, solicitation, trafficking, or any behavior that harms or exploits minors.

Users must not upload, share, request, discuss, promote, link to, or distribute any content involving sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. Any suspected violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, content removal, preservation of relevant information, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law.

6. User Content

Babuu may allow you to upload or share content such as profile photos, profile text, messages, chat content, video call interactions, reports, feedback, and other user-generated content.

You are responsible for the content you submit or share. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any content you upload and that your content does not violate the rights, privacy, safety, or dignity of others.

By uploading or sharing content on Babuu, you grant Babuu a limited permission to host, store, display, process, moderate, and use that content as necessary to operate, improve, protect, and provide the service.

7. Content Moderation and Enforcement

Babuu may review, restrict, remove, or block content or accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, our Child Safety Standards, or applicable laws.

We may take action based on user reports, automated systems, manual review, suspicious behavior, payment fraud, safety risks, or legal requirements.

Enforcement actions may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent ban, cancellation of access, or reporting to authorities where appropriate.

8. Reporting and Blocking

Users can report or block other users through available in-app features. Reports may be reviewed by our moderation or safety team. Reports related to child safety, threats, harassment, abuse, nudity, scams, or illegal content may receive priority review.

Submitting false, malicious, or abusive reports may result in action against the reporting account.

9. Coins and Virtual Items

Babuu may offer coins, credits, or other virtual items that can be used for app features such as chat, video calls, gifts, boosts, premium interactions, or other paid services.

Coins and virtual items have no real-world cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money unless expressly allowed by Babuu in writing.

Coins may be consumed when you use certain features. Once coins are used or deducted for a feature, they may not be refundable except where required by applicable law or specifically stated in our Refund Policy.

10. Subscriptions and Paid Services

Babuu may offer paid subscriptions, premium features, coin packages, trial offers, or other paid services. Prices, features, billing periods, renewal terms, and available payment methods may vary based on country, platform, offer, or user eligibility.

For users in India, payments may be processed through supported payment providers such as Razorpay. For users outside India, payments may be processed through platform billing systems such as Google Play Billing, where applicable.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the rules of the payment provider or app store. You are responsible for reviewing the subscription details before completing a purchase.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, payment provider, app store rules, applicable law, and whether the purchased feature, subscription, coin package, or virtual item has already been used.

Some purchases, including used coins, consumed virtual items, completed video calls, completed premium interactions, or already delivered digital services, may not be refundable except where required by law.

12. Video Calls, Chats, and Interactions

Babuu may allow users to communicate through chat, video call, audio, or other interaction features. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

Babuu does not guarantee the identity, intentions, truthfulness, behavior, compatibility, or background of any user. You should use caution when interacting with others and avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial, or private information.

Babuu may restrict or remove communication features where misuse, abuse, fraud, harassment, or safety risk is detected.

13. Safety Disclaimer

Babuu aims to provide safety tools such as reporting, blocking, moderation, and enforcement, but we cannot guarantee that every user interaction will be safe or accurate. Users should use their own judgment and follow safe dating and online communication practices.

Never send money, financial details, government IDs, OTPs, passwords, private photos, or sensitive personal information to someone you do not fully trust.

14. Prohibited Activities

You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, copy, misuse, or interfere with Babuu, its servers, APIs, security systems, payment systems, or user data.

You must not create multiple fake accounts, use bots, automate interactions, manipulate coins or subscriptions, abuse trials, commit payment fraud, or bypass restrictions imposed by Babuu.

15. Privacy

Your use of Babuu is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, protect, and delete user information.

By using Babuu, you agree that we may process your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account through the app or by contacting our support team. When an account deletion request is processed, Babuu may delete or anonymize account-related data, subject to legal, safety, fraud prevention, payment, dispute, or regulatory retention requirements.

Some information may be retained where necessary to prevent abuse, investigate violations, comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms.

17. Service Availability

Babuu may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature or service at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or network.

18. Third-Party Services

Babuu may use third-party services such as payment providers, analytics tools, cloud hosting, authentication providers, communication tools, moderation tools, advertising networks, or app store services. Your use of such services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Babuu if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, misuse the platform, violate applicable laws, commit fraud, or engage in behavior that harms Babuu, users, or third parties.

You may stop using Babuu at any time. Some obligations, including payment obligations, content responsibility, safety obligations, and legal provisions, may continue after termination where applicable.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Babuu is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, emotional distress, user behavior, failed interactions, or damages arising from your use of the service.

Babuu is not responsible for the conduct, content, intentions, identity, or actions of users or third parties.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the Last Updated date, notify users through the app, or take other appropriate steps. Continued use of Babuu after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
