This Privacy Policy explains how Babuu collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, and deletes user information when you use our mobile application, website, chat, video call, profile, subscription, coin, and related services.

1. About Babuu
Babuu is a social and dating platform that allows users to create profiles, discover and connect with other users, chat, make video calls, use coins, purchase subscriptions, report users, block users, and access related features.

Babuu does not store full card numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or complete payment credentials. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Razorpay, Google Play Billing, or other supported payment partners, depending on your country and platform.

Media and Permissions
Babuu may request access to device permissions only when needed for app features. These may include:

Notification permission for messages, matches, calls, safety alerts, and app updates
You can control app permissions from your device settings. Some features may not work properly if required permissions are disabled.

4. How We Share Information

Cloud hosting, database, storage, authentication, analytics, notification, communication, and security service providers

Other users may see information that you choose to make visible on your profile, such as your display name, profile photo, age or age range, gender, location details you provide, bio, interests, and other public profile information.
5. Child Safety and Protection of Minors
Babuu is not intended for children or underage users. Users must meet the minimum age requirement applicable in their country or region to use Babuu.
Babuu has a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), grooming, solicitation, trafficking, or any behavior that harms or exploits minors.
If we detect or receive reports involving child safety concerns, we may remove content, suspend or ban accounts, preserve relevant information, and report to appropriate authorities where required by law.

6. Legal Basis and Consent
Where required by applicable law, we process user information based on consent, contract necessity, legal obligations, legitimate interests, safety obligations, fraud prevention, and user protection.
You may withdraw certain permissions or consent through device settings or app settings, but some features may stop working if required access is disabled.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, secure server infrastructure, logging, monitoring, and restricted internal access.
No online service can guarantee complete security. Users should protect their account credentials, OTPs, passwords, and devices and should immediately report suspicious account activity.

We retain user information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain user accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, protect users, and maintain safety records.

Users may request account deletion through the app or by contacting us. When an account deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize account-related personal information, subject to legal, safety, fraud prevention, payment, dispute, or regulatory retention requirements.

Babuu may send push notifications, service messages, safety alerts, chat alerts, call alerts, match alerts, payment updates, subscription reminders, and promotional messages where permitted.
You can control push notifications from your device settings or app settings.

Our website or app may use cookies, analytics tools, device identifiers, crash reporting tools, and similar technologies to understand app usage, improve performance, secure the service, detect abuse, and improve user experience.
